CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:
Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. Checkout time is 10:00 A.M.
DEPOSITS:
Each of our properties are different however all reservation deposits are due upon booking your reservation. 50% of
your rent is due 90 days before your check-in date. The balance is due 60 days before check-in. Once you are in the
condo, the reservation deposit is transferred to a security deposit. Upon checkout, the security deposit is refunded
within 30 days of departure less any charges for telephone calls, lost keys, damage, extra cleaning, etc. You are
responsible for any damage or loss incurred during your stay.
CANCELLATION:
For cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival, a $50 charge applies. For cancellations made less than
60-45 days prior to arrival, forfeiture of the reservation deposit. Less than 45 notice of cancellation, full rent plus tax
applies, or is applied to a future stay. If the property is re-rented, the re-rented portion will be refunded.
OTHER SERVICES:
Daily housekeeping service is available upon request at an additional charge, as are cribs and childcare services.
Laundry facilities are available at all properties and in each condo.
ON ISLAND MANAGEMENT:
These units are professionally managed on Kauai. We take great pride in our properties being the best equipped
and cleanest Kauai vacation rentals.
