Hideaway Beach
A steep stair case and path lead to Hideaways Beach. The path lies exactly between the St Regis parking lot and the Pua Poa condominiums. The stair case and path are difficult to navigate. Hideaways beach offers good snorkeling during the summer months. An offshore reef stretches along the coast. The beach is sometimes incorrectly referred to as Pali Ke Kua beach (the beach next door accessed via the Pali Ke Kua condominiums).
Hideaways Beach is crescent shaped and the large, grainy sand is a golden yellow where sea turtles can often be seen. Trees provide plenty of shade. Just 300 feet long, the beach provides an intimate and secret feel. For those who know its beauty, the trek down to the beach is definitely worth it.
There are no facilities at the beach.
